Not much compares to opening morning of dove season. This is me sitting in the sunflower field waiting on shooting light, scanning the field to see where everyone is sitting, dealing with the anticipation of smelling gun powder and hearing the whistles of morning doves as they get ready for their morning flight.
Daddy shot the biggest buck ever and me and brother got to come see it. We were all super excited. He shot it right after Christmas on Dec. 29, 2024.
Walking out one afternoon just thought this was a good picture.
Coyotes caught on game cam morning after feasting on a big hog that was shot the day before. They cleaned it up!
